Pillar 02, Learn

L&D that actually makes you AI-enabled.

From your first prompt to your first agent in production. Structured tracks, live cohorts, real practice. We measure outcomes, not attendance.

Tracks are role-specific. A doctor doesn't need to learn what a vector database is to use AI well in clinic. A founder doesn't need to fine-tune a model to ship an AI feature. We meet you where the work is.

Inside Learn

  • Twelve live skill tracks From "AI for non-engineers" to "Ship your first agent" to "Eval & safety for builders". Every track ends with a portfolio piece you can show.
  • Monthly cohorts 4-6 weeks. Live sessions, peer reviews, a final project. Capped at 24 for real teaching.
  • Office hours with senior builders Weekly drop-ins with people who have shipped what you're trying to ship. Free for members.
  • Certifications members can show Cohort completions and skill milestones, signed by mentors. Real signal, not vanity credentials.
  • The reading list A curated, member-maintained library of papers, posts, and tutorials. No noise, no listicles.
  • Study circles Member-run, recurring. Pick a paper, read it together, build something from it.
Pillar 03, Build

Ship real things with real people.

Hackathons, open project collaborations, builder residencies, demo days. And, uniquely, a direct line into the global AI eval team, so what we build also helps keep AI a force for good.

The Build pillar is where the club's craft shows up. Members who came through Learn graduate into Build. Members who came in already shipping find their next collaborator here.

Inside Build

  • Monthly hackathons 48-hour sprints with real prompts from real teams (health, education, agritech, policy). Winners get amplified and funded.
  • Plug into the global AI eval team Members can contribute to evaluation, red-teaming, and safety work alongside global teams. Paid, structured, meaningful.
  • Open project collaborations Member-led projects that need help: contribute a feature, an eval, a translation, a dataset, a paper review.
  • Builder residencies Quarterly, in-person, week-long. A small group, one ambitious build, one beautiful demo at the end.
  • Demo days with builders & investors Twice a year. Members ship, demo, get feedback from peers and funders in the same room.
  • The open-source ledger A public record of what members have built together. Useful for hiring. Useful for pride.
